Our 2nd and 3rd graders have been diving into early Missouri history—exploring everything from the Louisiana Purchase to Missouri achieving statehood! 🇺🇸

Students collaborated to build a living timeline of key events, strengthening their understanding of how our state came to be. They wrapped up their learning with an engaging gallery walk, sharing insights, asking questions, and learning from one another.

We love seeing history come to life through hands-on learning and student collaboration!

This week our 7th graders dug into science—literally! 🪱🍫

They made “dirt cake” to explore fossil layers and understand how scientists study Earth’s history. Each layer told a story, just like real sedimentary rock!

Our students had an amazing time celebrating their hard work during our 3rd Quarter Reward Trip! 🎉

From enjoying the fresh air and fun at the park to striking up some friendly competition at Oasis Lanes, it was a day full of smiles, laughter, and well-earned fun.

We’re so proud of our students for their dedication this quarter—this celebration was just a small way to recognize their effort and success. Keep up the great work! 👏

We are incredibly proud to share that, through this year’s Kids Heart Challenge/American Heart Challenge, our students, families, and staff raised an amazing $1,334.92 for the American Heart Association!

Because of your generosity, we are helping children like Everly—who was born with multiple critical heart defects and has already undergone three open-heart surgeries, with another ahead. Thanks to ongoing research and care funded by efforts like ours, kids like Everly have the chance to live stronger, healthier lives.

Your support goes far beyond our school walls—it helps fund lifesaving research, supports families, and gives hope to children across the country. ❤️
