The Visiting Nurse Association of Greater St. Louis will be administering Flu Vaccines at Strain-Japan R-XVI School on Friday, October 18th from 9-10 a.m. If you wish to have a flu vaccine or wish for your student to have a vaccine, please contact Maria in the office at 573-627-3243 or email office@strainjapan.com.

October Student Of The Month!
We had a visit from Shae Reed at Grace City Church this morning to show appreciation to our Custodial Staff and Bus Drivers!

Leopard Learning Club (LLC) will begin on Tuesday, October 1st after school until 4:30 p.m. for students K-8th Grade. LLC will be on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons only. Students can stay after school for enrichment activities and assistance with their homework. All students must be picked up by 4:30 p.m.
If you would like your student to attend LLC, please email office@strainjapan.com to request a permission form to be sent home.
A small snack will be provided to your student. If you would like to help us by donating a snack, this would be greatly appreciated. Snack donations can be dropped off at the school office.
8th Grade also worked together to build a marble run to test Velocity and motion!
